The course addresses the executive role and responsibility of the Minister, including the use of church by-laws, budgets, boards, and organizational issues.

This course explores the role of the Minister as spiritual leader using the Science of Mind philosophy as the basis for vision and activity. Emphasis is placed on how Ministers may use Science of Mind principles to provide a transformative leadership, to create orderly and systematic governing practices, and to assess appropriate leadership styles to use and work effectively with groups.
