It is possible to reclaim joy, enthusiasm and energize your daily life. We will identify symptoms of burnout and stress; learn techniques for balancing life; explore strategies for rebuilding energy and enthusiasm, and; unlock our creativity. Through a willingness to identify, explore and practice the concepts, strategies and techniques presented here, we have the capability and capacity to reduce stress, improve our outlook and maintain a happy, balanced, and fulfilled life.     This class engages the students in lively discussions to discern the relationship between contemporary issues, the philosophy of the Science of Mind and its application in today’s world. Students deepen their familiarity with a range of works by Ernest Holmes. Using modern terms and examples, applied to situations in the contemporary world, students create written and oral presentations demonstrating a practical mastery of Science of Mind.
